Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Millwright with strong experience in mechanical installations and maintenance to join our rope access team. This role involves working on projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, often in elevated or confined environments. While prior rope access experience is an asset, we are willing to provide full training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with rope access technicians to safely complete work at height
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• Journeyperson Millwright (Red Seal preferred)
• Previous industrial or construction experience (bridges, dams, plants, or similar)
• Rope Access certification (IRATA Level 1–3) an asset; training can be provided
• Ability to work at heights and in varying environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
