We’re looking for a Site Superintendent (Level 3 IRATA) who thrives on leading teams, solving problems on the fly, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every day.
• Oversee rope access teams and site operations while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Work alongside the Operations Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future work.
• Support and train new technicians, building the next generation of leaders.

What You Bring

• IRATA Level 3 Certification (required)
• OFA Level 1 (minimum)
• Red Seal Certification (asset, not required)
• Construction safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, HILTI, SSI)
• A proven track record of leadership in rope access and construction environments
