We are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and clients, and we are looking for a dedicated HR Payroll Administrator to join our growing team.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to manage various HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting our employees. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and the overall well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll: Compile and review timesheets for our hourly workers
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, handle HR-related documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, answer employee questions about benefits, and coordinate with benefit providers.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide feedback to employees and managers, and assist in goal setting.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Compliance: Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that company policies and practices align with legal requirements.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Operations Administration: Assist in booking equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements for training and operations teams personnel
  • Facility Management: Manage supplies and equipment for the training facility

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
